As a well-developed and renowned small town inside a national park, Banff is already satiated with buildings. So, where are all the new developments going to go? One guess: Canmore. Only 20 minutes away from the park and its plethora of skiing and nature opportunities, Canmore is becoming quite the vibrant city with tons of flocking investors and a fairly heavy real estate boom well underway.

But, it’s not all O.K. Corral out here. Many of the new residents are people both young and old seeking a tranquil place amongst the mountains with clean air and inspiring vistas.  That is Canmore, my friends, and if you haven’t been here yet then you certainly should come see it for yourself. Summer or winter, there’s plenty to keep you entertained.
